Hiroshima Okonomiyaki

We layer the sweetness of cabbage, the fragrance of the noodles, and the savoriness of pork, then finish it on the teppan. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare, and you can enjoy the aroma of the sauce right to the end.

Approximate price: around JPY 1,100

For: sightseeing guests who want to try a quintessential Hiroshima dish first, or solo diners stopping in after work

Teppanyaki

For those who would like a more detailed look at our popular dishes.

We also pay attention to how easily the dishes can be combined.

For one person, the standard choice is okonomiyaki plus one a la carte dish. For two or more, the usual flow is to add a few teppanyaki items. Because we are close to Hiroshima Station, we are also chosen by guests who want to eat quickly between sightseeing plans.

The all-you-can-drink courses make it easy to discuss start times, and we can accommodate everything from early dinners around 5:00 p.m. to later gatherings after 8:00 p.m. If you have any dietary dislikes, please let us know when you contact us.

Dish Details

We have arranged the photos to capture the gloss of the sauce, the browning of the noodles, and the steam rising from the teppan, along with moments just before and after serving. It is a rail-style gallery that makes it easy to find the dish you want before you visit.

We will guide you according to the number of guests and the occasion.
